Often businesses go through huge change due to external influences such as market demands, mergers or acquisitions. To enable this to be responded to effectively we recommend a due diligence review on the currency and suitability of the IT infrastructure in preparation of the change. We look at areas such as systems, suppliers, support, systems integration, constraints of existing IT and report on the potential cost of existing IT for the future.
Often clients ask us to review their IT to assess whether it is 'fit for purpose'. It is in these cases where we will carry out a health check. The methodology is very similar to a due diligence review, but the checks can be different - here we would be assessing a client based on where they want to be and what they want to do. If your IT is fine, we will advise you, if not we shall provide options, pricing and timescales for review.
